Antimony of a Russian Scammer
Form Letter
Russian scammers' form letters are very general in
nature.
Here are a few examples of what I mean:
- The letter may have a board greeting like "Hello My Dear"
- Even if the letter is address to you, that will be the only reference
specifically addresses to you.
- The letter will be very loving but vague in nature.
- There will be no references to your personal profile.
- There will be no specific questions addressed to you.
- Her description of her ideal partner is very board, with no reference
to age or physical characteristics.
Even the response that you receive can be a form letter.
It is very simple to set up an "autoresponser" to automatically
answer your emails. Once again these letters will be vague in nature
and most certainly will not answer any direct questions you may have
asked.
If the scammer's letter is specific nature here are
some things to watch for:
- The girl's photo is out of this world beautiful.
- Her letters are very imitate and tender write from the start.
- Her letters become more sexual in nature.
- The lady is much younger than you are.
- She frequently mentions how poor she is.
- She frequently mentions how expensive it is to correspond with
you.
- She mentions that she wishes to study English but cannot afford
it.
- She has an illness or a family member is gravely ill.
- She may avoid direct questions about her telephone number or where
she lives or works.
- She wants to meet you in person and needs you to forward her money
to set up the trip.
These are but a few things to look out. Remember you cannot be scammed
if you do not send money. When you do meet her in person be observant.
You should always be cautious when meeting a new person, no what the
circumstances are.
